LIFE Group Ministry
Most systematic teaching at CCC takes place in the context of “house to house” ministry. Groups meet on various days throughout the week to pursue a wide-range of ministry interests. Ministry Strategy LIFE Groups meet with the specific purpose of equipping those attending for a particular ministry expression. Love-Inclusion-Fellowship-Equipping
L is for “loving”: Positioning ourselves to both give and receive ministry as we demonstrate the reality of God’s love. As we love one another through prayer, care and sharing, the world will know that we are disciples of Jesus Christ (John 13:34-35).
I is for “inclusion”: Christians should always be on the lookout to include others in the community of believers. The entry way into the family of God is a confident, competent, and compelling presentation of the Gospel. LIFE Groups are a great setting for sharing our faith (Ephesians 1:13).
F is for “fellowship”: Christian fellowship goes far beyond pot-luck dinners to a passion for every member of the Body of Christ to experience every benefit found in a relationship with Jesus Christ (1 John 1:3).
E is for “equipping”: LIFE Groups provide opportunities to become equipped through active participation in ministry while providing a safe and accountable environment for personal growth and service (1Peter 4:10).
