Worship
Worship at CCC is a vital part of the entire ministry of the church.
We believe:
- Worship is the furnace which powers our Building Heaven's Gates vision.
- Worship is a central part of the CCC calling.
- Worship exists primarily for the pleasure of God and is God's part of the service.
- Worship encompasses many expressions including music, dance and art.
We are seeking to move deeper in worship and believe the way to do that is to model ourselves after the worship going on in Heaven as revealed in Revelation. We are organized in a non-traditional way within the worship ministry. Basically, we are patterned after the Tabernacle of David. We have a Chief Musician who has overall responsibility for the worship ministry and organization of the teams supporting the CCC worship vision. These teams replicate the courses in the Tabernacle of David. Each course is led by a Worship Leader/Facilitator and has a particular worship focus:
Team Worship Leaders:
· Catherine Mullins
· Marybeth Mullins
· Virgil Williams
Worship Pastor:
· Rodney Capshaw
